WebLog items fixed

The upgrade of Zope from 2.7beta to 2.7 final broke the WebLog content type. It is now fixed and able to be used.

Between the beta release and the final, container moved from being a parameter passed to scripts to being part of the bound namespace. This broke some of the code inside the WebLog generation script. I have corrected it and now WebLog works correctly when added as a content type. I suggest that anyone who has been creating Blog Items add a WebLog item now, and move their Blog Items in to the folder created (actually, you can put your Blog Items anywhere you want, it won't affect the functioning of the WebLog, but hey, wouldn't it be tidier keeping everything together ;-).
